1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EasyAgents AI Development Platform (“Service”) at easyagents.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
EasyAgents provides an AI-powered software development platform including AI-assisted coding sessions, automated workflows, project management tools, browser automation, and related features. The Service uses third-party AI models including Anthropic Claude.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate malicious code, malware, or cyberattacks
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, abuse, or harm any person
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, billing, or access controls
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent
- Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the platform
5. AI Usage and Content
The Service uses AI models to generate content, code, and suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using any AI-generated output. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.
6. Billing and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription or usage-based credits. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise noted. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The EasyAgents platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by EasyAgents and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party tools and APIs (including Anthropic, Stripe, GitHub, and others). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYAGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyAgents and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
