EasyAgents (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the EasyAgents AI Development Platform at easyagents.dev. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). If you sign in via a third-party provider (Google, GitHub), we receive only the profile information you authorise.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, AI session activity, and workflow execution logs. This helps us improve the service and calculate your usage-based billing.
AI Session Data
Content you send to AI models (prompts, code, file contents) is passed to the relevant AI provider (Anthropic Claude) under their respective privacy and data processing terms. We do not sell or share this content with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment processing.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and local storage for UI preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the EasyAgents platform
- To calculate and process billing for AI usage and subscriptions
- To send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, alerts)
- To monitor platform health and debug issues
- To improve features based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Anthropic — AI model provider for processing AI requests
- Stripe — payment processing
- Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting and storage necessary to operate the service
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. AI session logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing

Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
EasyAgents is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
